Standard Pulley

Diamond has over twenty years of experience in supplying the pulley industry.
We offer groove styles O, A, B and A/B.
Pulleys are produced from a variety of materials, including; stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and steel.
Diamond is known industry wide as a premium supplier of pulleys and would welcome the opportunity to put our expertise to work for you.

Custom Pulleys

Custom pulleys are produced from a variety of materials, including; stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and steel.
Pulleys can range in size from 3”-26”.
Diamond has experience in a variety of custom pulley applications and is known for providing customers with value-added solutions

Split Steel Pulley

Split steel pulley sizes range from 3”-12”.
Hubs are precision machined and available in a variety of bore sizes, including; metric, English, and tapered.
We are able to provide standard straight or offset flange styles necessary for your applications.
Our automated cells ensures that split steel pulleys are produced to the highest quality standards.

Brake Components

With so much riding on today’s braking systems for heavy trucks, automotive, and construction equipment, it is reassuring to know we employ engineers and craftsmen who have built the automation systems to make these components from the ground up.

Flywheels

Diamond services a variety of markets with flywheels, some of these markets include; fitness, agricultural, off-highway, and light industrial.
Flywheels are offered in a variety of poly-v configurations and can be manufactured with optional cooling fans.
Flywheels can be manufactured to fit a variety of shaft sizes and configurations. We use state-of-the-art balancing to ensure quality, durability and quiet performance.
Diamond has taken vibration analysis to the next level by providing our customers with motor-flywheel assemblies.
Supplying complete motor/flywheel assemblies enables Diamond to control all process variables and provide our customers with point-of-use solutions.

Chassis Components

Diamond has aligned our manufacturing process to offer chassis of the highest structural integrity.
We work closely with our customer to deliver chassis components specific to your application.
Axle components, mounting brackets and steel framework are examples of chassis components we manufacture. They can range in a variety of materials including cast iron, steel or aluminum.

Mounting Brackets

From electrical components to axle mounts, we look at mounting brackets to be as important as the items they are holding.
Diamond takes extra steps, from the quotation process up, to ensure that be it “only a bracket” it functions as a major part of your product. As part volume grows, the part that started as a fabrication often needs to be transitioned to a poured casting.
Diamond engineers work directly with foundries to ensure the strength and integrity of your product is maintained throughout the entire process.

Spindle/Cutter

Diamond has extensive experience in manufacturing spindle housings for the lawn and garden industry. We offer a variety of spindle housings with the ability to fit a multitude of applications.
Diamond’s ability to provide precision machined spindle housings enhances blade balance and operational longevity.

Diamond is experienced in manufacturing various types of power and motion transfer housings.

Wheel Hubs

From short run to high production, from hand-held to hundreds of pounds in weight, we are experienced in providing wheel hub assemblies to fitness, turf care, heavy truck, and off-highway industries.

Diamond manufactures wheel hubs that are able to withstand normal breakage that occurs with traditional steel welded hubs.
All wheel hubs are produced from ductile iron in order to ensure structural integrity.
Our machining capabilities allow us to produce wheel hubs with bearing seats, fixed or keyed bores, splined or tapered bores, and threaded holes for mounting.
By controlling all parts of the manufacturing process, Diamond supplies wheel assemblies to the highest quality standards.

We work closely with our customers to custom produce bosses, bushings or spacers to their specific applications. These items are ideal for numerous suspension and chassis applications for commercial turf, industrial, agricultural, and off-highway markets. We also work with customers to eliminate bosses and spacers by converting weldments into cast parts. This redesign results in more consistent, stronger parts and often provides cost reductions. Diamond specializes in manufacturing precision bosses, bushings, bushing sleeves, and spacers.
